The challenge

Running a mega store with thousands of products and no system means the owner becomes the system — fielding calls about pricing, stock, and customers all day, every day.

2000+ products with no central record

Stock was tracked across registers, WhatsApp messages, and memory. There was no single place to see what was available, at what quantity, or at what cost.

Staff had to disturb the owner for every discount

Because pricing thresholds weren't documented anywhere, staff couldn't quote a final price without calling the owner. Every sale created an interruption.

Customer records were informal

Centralised product catalogue

All 2000+ products are logged with name, category, quantity in stock, purchase price, and selling price. Updated in real time as sales happen.

Best buy price per product

Each product has a defined minimum selling price — the lowest the store can go without losing margin. Staff can quote and negotiate within that range without involving the owner.

Customer database with documents

Every customer has a record with their contact details, purchase history, and any documents — warranty cards, invoices, ID proofs — stored against their profile.

Stock visibility

The owner and manager can see current stock levels at a glance — what's running low, what's overstocked, and what's moving fastest.
