Taaru Vann Jungle Lodge is a nature retreat nestled in Tadoba, one of India's finest tiger reserves. The lodge team had great content — stunning photography, seasonal updates, an active presence — but couldn't publish any of it without waiting on a tech team. We changed that completely.

A jungle lodge's digital presence needs to move at the pace of nature — new sightings, fresh seasons, updated galleries. When every change requires a developer, that pace is impossible to maintain.
Website updates required a tech team
Every time a new photo needed to be added to the gallery or content needed updating, the team had to reach out to a developer and wait. The website was always slightly behind the actual experience on the ground.
Photo galleries were outdated
A jungle lodge lives or dies on its visuals. Fresh, seasonal photography is essential to attract guests — but getting new images onto the website was a slow, dependent process.
Social media management was complicated
Managing social media accounts required navigating tools and permissions that felt technical and unintuitive for the lodge team. It slowed down their ability to post and engage consistently.

What we built
A setup that gives the Taaru Vann team complete ownership of their website and social media — so they can update galleries, publish content, and manage their presence entirely on their own.
A simple, intuitive gallery management interface lets the team upload new photos, organise them into albums, and publish them to the website themselves — no developer, no waiting.
Any content on the website — descriptions, seasonal information, availability notices — can now be updated directly by the lodge team through a clean, non-technical interface.
We set up and structured their social media accounts so the team can manage posting, captions, and engagement on their own — with clarity on what to post and when.
The Taaru Vann team was trained on every tool we set up, so they can operate confidently without needing to call anyone. The goal was full self-sufficiency, not ongoing dependency.
The outcome

The Taaru Vann team now updates their website and social media completely independently. Photo galleries reflect current, seasonal content rather than outdated shoots from months ago. Social media posts go out when the moment calls for it — not when a developer is available. The lodge has gone from being a passenger in their own digital presence to being fully in the driver's seat.
